Revolve Acquires 125 MW US Solar Portfolio
Revolve Renewable Power Corp. has completed the acquisition of a solar development portfolio totalling 125 MW across Illinois, New Mexico, and Wisconsin. This acquisition, previously announced on June 8, 2026, expands Revolve's assets with projects in Henry, Columbus, and Endeavor. The company will pay the seller a development fee of $0.02 per watt upon notice to proceed with construction, supplemented by a deferred 10% consideration tied to each project's market value.
The advancement of these projects will be supported by Revolve's existing resources and strategic financing. The company will follow its structured development framework through permitting and financing stages. Updates will be provided as significant milestones are achieved.
