Revolve Renewable Power Expands with 30MWp Solar Project Acquisition in Canada

Revolve Renewable Power Corp, a leader in North American renewable energy, announced its intent to acquire a 30 megawatt solar project in Alberta, Canada. This acquisition aligns with its strategy to grow its renewable energy portfolio in the region. The project, currently in mid-development, is set to be ready for construction in 2027, with commissioning aimed for 2028.

Financial projections estimate the project could yield annual revenues between C$5.6 million and C$6.0 million, with an EBITDA of C$3.8 million to C$4.2 million. Construction costs are anticipated to range from C$38 million to C$40 million. Once operational, the project will enhance Revolve's revenue and cashflow.

Revolve will fund the acquisition from its current cash resources. The company is concurrently advancing its 15.7 MW Bright Meadows Solar Project, approved by the Alberta Utilities Commission, as part of its broader development strategy in North America.
