Revolve Renewable Power Corp. Secures APSG Facility with EDC

Revolve Renewable Power Corp., a Vancouver-based renewable energy company, has announced the closure of a US$2.9 million Account Performance Security Guarantee (APSG) facility with Export Development Canada (EDC). This facility supports security requirements for two projects: the Primus Wind Project in the United States and the Tamihi Creek Hydro Project in British Columbia.

The APSG allows Revolve to issue letters of credit without cash collateral, enhancing their access to cash and working capital. CEO Myke Clark highlighted the importance of this partnership in accelerating renewable energy projects, emphasizing its role in freeing up capital for project development.

The APSG supports the Primus Wind Project, which recently completed an interconnection agreement, aiming for construction readiness by late 2025, and the Tamihi Creek Hydro Project, a 15 MW initiative in British Columbia.
