Revolve Renewable Power Expands Battery Storage Portfolio in Ontario

Revolve Renewable Power Corp. announced a definitive agreement to acquire Logan Energy Storage ULC. This acquisition includes three battery energy storage system projects in Ontario with a total capacity of 6 MW. The transaction, valued at CAD 1.5 million, will be financed from Revolve's existing cash resources.

Upon completion, Revolve's Ontario battery storage capacity will increase to approximately 20.2 MW across nine projects. This acquisition follows the company's earlier acquisition of the Trillium Storage portfolio, enhancing their strategic presence in Ontario's energy market.

CEO Myke Clark emphasized the importance of this acquisition in aligning with Revolve's strategy to build its storage platform and expand its footprint in renewable energy markets.
