UNIFY Group establishes a liquidity contract with TSAF

UNIFY Group, listed on Euronext Growth Paris under ISIN code FR0010820274, has announced the implementation of a liquidity contract with TSAF - Tradition Securities And Futures. This contract, effective from July 1, 2026, complies with market regulations, including Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse.

For a period of six months, automatically renewable, the contract aims to promote the trading of UNIFY Group shares with 43,283 shares and €15,000 allocated for this purpose. The contract may be suspended in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of AMF Decision No. 2021-01. It may be terminated by either party with one month's notice or in the event of disagreement regarding its continuation.
