BlackRock reduces its stake in Rexel
The investment firm BlackRock Inc. announced that it has fallen below the 5% threshold of both share capital and voting rights in Rexel. As of January 29, 2026, BlackRock held 14,798,917 shares, representing 4.99% of the share capital and voting rights of the company listed on Euronext Paris. This change resulted from a decrease in shares held as collateral. The asset manager can exercise voting rights on these shares unless its clients request otherwise. The calculation is based on a total of 296,096,004 shares. BlackRock provides details of the composition of its portfolio, which includes ADRs, CFDs, and securities lending contracts.
