RIBER consolidates its strategy at the General Meeting
On June 18, 2025, Riber, a major player in molecular beam epitaxy equipment for semiconductors, held its Combined General Meeting under the chairmanship of Annie Geoffroy. Shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including the distribution of €0.08 per share starting June 23.
Riber continues to assert its strategy, driven by innovation and agility. The ROSIE platform was presented as a notable technological breakthrough, targeting high-growth sectors such as optical communications and quantum photonics.
The partnership with the Novo Nordisk Foundation marks a significant milestone, with delivery expected in the second half of 2025. Riber is thus further integrating itself into semiconductor production.
