Riber: Update of shares and voting rights as of September 30, 2025

On October 9, 2025, Riber published monthly information on the total number of shares and voting rights forming its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. As of September 30, 2025, Riber's share capital consisted of 21,253,024 shares. The gross total of voting rights also amounts to 21,253,024. However, the net total of voting rights, adjusted for shares stripped of voting rights, is 20,970,711, reflecting a slight reduction due to treasury stock.
