Ringmetall Reports Growth in Revenue and Earnings

Ringmetall SE, a key player in the packaging industry, reported an increase in both group revenue and earnings for the first nine months of 2026. The group's revenue rose by 7.2% to EUR 156.7 million. Significant growth was observed in the Liner Division, with revenue climbing by 21.2% to EUR 71.7 million, driven by acquisitions and organic expansion.

EBITDA grew by 15.7% to EUR 21.7 million, with an improved margin of 13.8%. The Closure Systems Division experienced a revenue drop of 2.3% to EUR 85.0 million but maintained stable EBITDA through efficiency improvements.

The company's strategy of acquisitions in the Liner Division is attributed to its current growth trajectory. Ringmetall's management is confident in its financial guidance for 2026, forecasting a revenue range of EUR 195-210 million and EBITDA between EUR 23-28 million.
