Ringmetall SE Reports Revenue and EBITDA Growth in H1 2026

Ringmetall SE, an international specialist in packaging, announced increased revenues and earnings in the first half of 2026. Revenue grew by 3.8% to EUR 101.1 million compared to EUR 97.4 million in H1 2025. Similarly, EBITDA rose by 9.0%, reaching EUR 13.3 million from EUR 12.2 million last year. Despite subdued demand, the company improved its earnings situation.

In the Closure Systems division, revenues slightly decreased by 3.8% but maintained a substantial contribution to group sales. Conversely, the Liner division saw significant growth, with a 15.3% increase in revenues to EUR 44.5 million. The company's acquisition strategy significantly boosted growth, with contributions from Makplast A. Ş. and New England Plastics' thermoforming division.

The management forecast for 2026 has been revised, expecting revenues between EUR 195 million and EUR 210 million and EBITDA between EUR 23 million and EUR 28 million, unaffected by anticipated future acquisitions.
