Rising Stone's H1 2026 Update: Strategic Expansion and Strong Sales

Rising Stone has reported a substantial increase in its development pipeline, now projecting a business volume of €1,035 million. This growth is driven by the successful transition of land ownership, with 85% of the land for projects currently owned outright, which is a significant rise from 60% at the IPO.

H1 2026 witnessed strong sales momentum, aided by rising selling prices across key developments such as Allodis and Lac Bleu in Méribel. Additionally, construction progresses on track, notably with the Ferragudo Hills project in Portugal already completed.

Expanding its strategic footprint, Rising Stone acquired additional land in Val d'Isère and is in advanced negotiations for assets in Courchevel. A pilot project was initiated in Nice, targeting the luxury villa market.

The appointment of Mélissa Anglade as Deputy CEO marks a strategic strengthening of governance, aiming to bolster operational activities and development plans.
