Rivermate Emerges as Unified Global EOR Platform

Rivermate has consolidated its Employer of Record (EOR) services into a singular global brand. This consolidation brings together Hightekers, Eos Global Expansion, and Serviap Global under Rivermate. The unified entity boasts over 15 years of experience, catering to 180+ countries, with support for over 3,500 workers worldwide.

Rivermate now operates through 38 wholly owned entities, allowing for a seamless integration of EOR, Contractor of Record (COR), and payroll services. Despite the rebranding, existing client relationships remain unchanged, while benefiting from enhanced capabilities offered by the merger.

Roger Oudiz, Chairman of the Group, commended this move, emphasizing the creation of a global infrastructure to support the future of work. The new structure retains Hightekers as an independent brand, focusing on freelancer management.
