RM plc Announces Director Appointment at Greggs plc

RM plc has declared the upcoming appointment of Richard Smothers as a Non Executive Director at Greggs plc. This decision aligns with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R (2). Smothers, currently an independent Non Executive Director at RM plc, will assume his new role on 1 February 2026.

With his appointment, Smothers will join the Audit, Nominations, and Remuneration Committees at Greggs plc. Notably, from 6 March 2026, he is set to serve as the Chair of the Audit Committee. This move marks a significant addition to Greggs plc’s governance team.
