Changes to the Supervisory Board of Roche Bobois SA
On November 2, 2026, Roche Bobois SA announced a change in the composition of its Supervisory Board. This reorganization follows the resignations of Denis Terrien and Lan Cittadini Cesi, which took place on October 15 and 27, 2026, respectively. The board now consists of seven members.
The Council considers that the new structure is capable of carrying out its missions effectively. Furthermore, it expresses its gratitude to Mr. Terrien and Ms. Cittadini Cesi for their contributions.
