Roche Bobois: Monthly update of voting rights

Roche Bobois, a listed company under the name RBO, has published its latest monthly voting rights report. As of May 31, 2025, the total number of shares outstanding stands at 10,134,323, with a total number of theoretical voting rights of 17,876,208 and 17,810,162 exercisable voting rights. These figures take into account treasury shares and registered shares with double voting rights.

This report is part of the company's legal obligations in accordance with Article L233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. Roche Bobois is thus continuing its policy of transparency towards its investors.
