Roger Albrecht Appointed New CEO of Komax Group

The Board of Directors of Komax Holding AG has announced Roger Albrecht as the incoming CEO of the Komax Group, effective first quarter 2027. Currently with Rieter's Group Executive Committee, Albrecht brings extensive leadership experience and a robust understanding of technology and finance. Andreas Häberli, Chairman of the Board, will continue as interim CEO until Albrecht assumes the role.

Roger Albrecht's career includes over a decade at Rieter, where he most recently led the "Components & Technology" division. His background in finance and management spans roles at Hilti Group, including Director of Finance in Canada. Albrecht holds degrees in business administration and accounting from the University of St.Gallen.

Andreas Häberli expresses confidence in Albrecht's ability to tackle industry challenges and advance Komax Group's strategic goals. Komax, a leader in automated wire processing, operates globally, serving diverse sectors including automotive supply.
