UBS Group AG reduces its stake in RUBIS
On September 1, 2025, RUBIS, listed on Euronext Paris, announced that the Swiss-based UBS Group had reduced its stake. On August 26, 2025, UBS lowered the thresholds of 5% of RUBIS's share capital and voting rights. Following an off-market share sale, UBS now holds 17,047 RUBIS shares, representing 0.02% of the share capital and voting rights.
This stake reduction follows a transaction that grants UBS a trading exemption. Currently, UBS retains the right to use these shares through a "right of use over shares" agreement. The company indirectly controls these shares through the companies it manages.
