SAF-HOLLAND Q1 2026 Performance: Sustained Earnings Growth
SAF-HOLLAND SE reported a slight sales increase and robust earnings growth in the first quarter of 2026. Sales rose marginally by 0.6% to EUR 451.7 million. The adjusted EBIT margin was nearly stable at 9.4%. A notable achievement was the significant rise in operating free cash flow to EUR 44.8 million, a substantial improvement from the previous year's EUR 8.2 million.
The EMEA region led sales with EUR 236.2 million, while the APAC region showed strong growth, contributing EUR 58.6 million, driven by demand in India and Australia. The Americas saw a decline in sales by 11.1%, affected by uncertainties despite early order upticks.
The improved financial outcome was also driven by a positive shift in foreign exchange effects and reduced currency risks. Basic earnings per share improved to EUR 0.45. SAF-HOLLAND maintained its outlook for 2026, expecting sales between EUR 1,700 to 1,850 million.
