SAFE: General Assembly Validates All Resolutions
On December 31, 2025, Safe announced the approval of all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting held on December 26 in Fleurieux-sur-l'Arbresle. Chaired by Victor Humberdot, the quorum was 26.82%. The resolutions included the approval of the 2024 financial statements, the allocation of the year's profit, and the appointment of Nicolas Papillon as a director.
The board reiterated its commitment to more shareholder dialogue, a policy initiated in December 2023. The voting results are available on the Safe Group website.
