Safran Announces Early Redemption of 2028 OCEANEs
Safran, the international high-technology group, updates investors on its 2028 OCEANEs, originally due 1 April 2028. On 28 February 2025, Safran declared its intent to redeem these convertible bonds early at par value by 1 April 2025. Bondholders can exercise conversion rights into shares until 21 March 2025.
The issuance in June 2021 included 4,035,601 bonds. Currently, 1,933,253 bonds are set for conversion upon request, while 2,102,348 remain outstanding. This action aligns with Safran's aim to streamline financial operations ahead of schedule.
