Safran Announces Recent Share Repurchase Activity
Safran has released details of its share buyback transactions carried out from June 23 to June 25, 2025. The company engaged Natixis as the broker for these transactions. The total volume of shares repurchased amounted to 55,329, with the financial instrument identified by the code FR0000073272.
Transactions were conducted on two markets, XPAR and CEUX. On June 23, Safran repurchased 329 shares at a daily weighted average price of 257.3 euros. Over the following days, the company acquired larger volumes: 25,770 shares at 263.4866 euros and 4,230 shares at 263.4852 euros on June 24, and 20,000 shares at 264.5192 euros and 5,000 shares at 264.4735 euros on June 25. The overall weighted average purchase price was 263.9121 euros.
The repurchases adhere to MAR regulation, Article 5, paragraph 2a, as their stated purpose. These transactions reflect Safran's continued focus on shareholder value.
