Safran Discloses Share Buyback Transactions for January 2025
Safran has revealed the details of its recent transactions in its own shares, carried out between January 27 and January 31, 2025. The transactions were executed by Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG under a discretionary mandate. This arrangement ensures that Safran does not influence the decisions regarding the timing, pricing, and quantity of shares purchased.
Throughout this period, Safran acquired a total of 199,800 shares on the XPAR trading venue. The purchases were executed at a daily weighted average price of 237.2075 euros per share. The total gross consideration for these transactions amounted to 47,394,058.50 euros.
Each transaction falls under MAR article 5 §2. (a), reflecting the purpose of the buyback as part of Safran's broader financial strategies. The purchase prices fluctuated between 233.9302 euros and 239.7618 euros across the five-day period.
