Safran Reports Share Capital and Voting Rights Data as of August 31, 2026
On September 14, 2026, Safran issued its monthly statement regarding the composition of its share capital and voting rights, in compliance with Article L.233-8 II of the French commercial code and Article 223-16 of the Financial Markets Authority.
As of August 31, 2026, Safran's share capital is represented by a total of 418,344,626 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights attached to these shares is 528,299,775. However, the number of exercisable voting rights, which exclude treasury shares stripped of their voting rights, stands at 524,330,949.
Safran is a Société Anonyme with a board of directors and has a share capital of €83,668,925. The company's registered office is located at 2, Boulevard du Général Martial-Valin, 75015 Paris, France.
