Safran has announced its recent transactions involving the repurchase of its own shares between June 29 and July 3, 2026. Throughout this period, a total of 126,000 shares were acquired. These transactions were executed primarily on the XPAR market with assistance from broker Kepler Cheuvreux.
The daily volumes started with 25,000 shares on June 29, reaching a peak of 27,000 on July 3. During this span, the average purchase price per share increased from €332.8553 on the first day to €356.7566 on the final day. These activities are part of a regulatory compliance under MAR art.5 §2. a).
No transactions were recorded on alternative markets such as CEUX, TQEX, or AQEU during this period.
