Safran's Share Buyback Activity in June 2026

Safran, a major player in the aerospace sector, executed a series of share buybacks from June 8 to June 12, 2026. The transactions were managed by Kepler Cheuvreux SA and involved multiple trading platforms. The primary goal was in accordance with MAR article 5, paragraph 2a.

On June 8, Safran repurchased 35,777 shares at a weighted average price of €293.4460. The following day saw an increase, with 40,000 shares acquired at €298.9275. The highest activity occurred on June 10, with 80,158 shares bought back.
