SAFRAN's Share Buyback from May 12 to May 16, 2025
SAFRAN conducted a series of share buybacks involving a total of 236,599 shares over the period from May 12 to May 16, 2025. These transactions were executed by Natixis, aligning with the purpose stated under MAR art.5 §2. a.
On May 12, SAFRAN purchased shares across different market platforms, acquiring 48,626 shares on XPAR, 19,956 on CEUX, 4,802 on TQEX, and 3,824 on AQEU, with prices ranging around €247.36 to €248.06.
The following day, buybacks continued with 60,287 shares on XPAR and 19,104 on CEUX, maintaining an average price near €250.31.
Concluding the series, 75,000 shares were acquired on XPAR on May 16, at a price of €255.50. The overall average purchase price across the transactions amounted to €251.02.
