SAFRAN's Share Buyback Transactions from July 6-8, 2026

SAFRAN executed a series of transactions in its own shares over three days, from July 6 to July 8, 2026. The buyback operations were carried out with the assistance of Kepler Cheuvreux SA. The transactions involved a total daily volume of 77,163 shares, with an overall daily weighted average purchase price of 349.8817 euros.

On July 6, 27,500 shares were repurchased at an average price of 358.1833 euros on Euronext Paris (XPAR). The following day, 30,000 shares were acquired for a lower average price of 351.4003 euros, again on XPAR. The final day saw 19,663 shares bought at 335.9546 euros, maintaining the activity on the same exchange. Other markets including CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU reported no activity during this period.
