Saint-Gobain Executes Share Buyback Transactions
Saint-Gobain has reported on its recent share buyback transactions conducted from July 16 to July 22, 2025. These actions align with the authorization given during the Annual General Meeting on June 5, 2025, under the 16th resolution. The transactions adhere to Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 concerning market abuse.
During this period, the company bought back a total of 77,553 shares. On July 16, the corporation repurchased 69,900 shares at an average price of €97.85, totaling €6,839,722. Subsequently, on July 22, it acquired 7,653 shares at €98, amounting to €749,994. Both transactions occurred primarily on the XPAR market.
The combined cost for these buybacks was €7,589,716, reflecting an average purchase price of approximately €97.865 per share.
