Saint-Gobain finalise la vente de HKO spécialisée en textiles d'isolation
Saint-Gobain a annoncé la finalisation de la vente de sa filiale HKO, spécialisée dans les textiles d’isolation industrielle haute température, à DUBAG Group. HKO, comprenant sa filiale française Deltec, produit des composants destinés principalement au secteur automobile et industriel. L’entreprise a réalisé un chiffre d’affaires d’environ 45 millions d’euros en 2025 et emploie 220 personnes en Allemagne et en France.
Les sites de production de HKO sont localisés à Oberhausen, Beuren et Leinefelde en Allemagne, ainsi qu'à Wattignies en France. Cette cession s'inscrit dans la stratégie de Saint-Gobain d'optimiser son profil conformément au plan "Lead & Grow".
