Saint-Gobain vend sa filiale Brüggemann au groupe Köster
Saint-Gobain a annoncé la vente de sa filiale Brüggemann au groupe allemand Köster. Brüggemann, spécialisée dans les solutions préfabriquées, est implantée à Neuenkirchen en Allemagne et emploie 190 personnes. En 2024, son chiffre d'affaires s'élevait à environ 55 millions d'euros.
Köster, acteur majeur du bâtiment et du génie civil, a conclu cet accord pour renforcer sa position sur le marché. Cette cession s'inscrit dans la stratégie de Saint-Gobain visant à optimiser son profil et à poursuivre les objectifs de son plan "Grow & Impact".
La finalisation de la transaction est prévue pour fin 2025, marquant une étape dans le recentrage de Saint-Gobain sur ses activités principales.
