Saint-Gobain Reappoints Benoit Bazin as CEO and Restructures Board

Saint-Gobain has reaffirmed its leadership structure following a significant shareholders’ meeting on June 5, 2025. Benoit Bazin continues as Chairman and CEO, in line with prior announcements. The meeting saw 76.59% of voting rights represented, and all proposed resolutions were approved.
Additionally, the company introduced three new independent directors: Maya Hari, Antoine de Saint-Affrique, and Hans Sohlström. This increases the proportion of independent directors to 91%, or 100% excluding Bazin.
Departing from the Board are Pamela Knapp, Agnès Lemarchand, and Gilles Schnepp, with acknowledgments for their contributions. The Board Committees have been adjusted accordingly.
Shareholders approved a 5% increase in dividends to €2.20 per share, payable from June 11, 2025. The meeting's webcast and vote results will be available on Saint-Gobain's website from June 6, 2025.
