Sanofi Discloses Repurchase of Own Shares in Early June 2025
Sanofi, a French healthcare company, has disclosed its recent share repurchase activity. The firm bought back its own shares from June 2 to June 6, 2025. This initiative is part of a strategy allowed under current laws pertaining to share buybacks.
During this period, Sanofi acquired a total of 105,316 shares. The daily purchases varied in volume, starting with 21,760 shares on June 2, 2025, at a price of €86.22. The daily purchase volumes and prices reflected slight variations across the week, with a high of €88.03 on June 6, 2025.
All transactions were conducted on the XPAR market, giving Sanofi an average daily purchase price of €86.91. This calculated figure considers the weighted average price of the shares bought over the specified period.
