Sanofi submits an amendment to the 2025 Universal Registration Document
On March 4, 2026, Sanofi announced the filing of an amendment to its 2025 Universal Registration Document. This document, which includes the Annual Financial Report, was submitted to the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). The amendment includes additional information regarding the management report and the corporate governance report.
