Sanofi Successfully Prices €1.5 Billion Bond Issue
On June 17, 2025, Sanofi announced the successful pricing of its €1.5 billion bond issue. The issuance comprises two tranches of fixed-rate notes. The first tranche of €750 million matures in June 2029 with an interest rate of 2.625%. The second tranche, also €750 million, matures in June 2032, carrying a 3.000% interest rate.
The notes are issued under Sanofi's Euro Medium Term Note Programme. The proceeds are intended for general corporate purposes. Citigroup and RBC Capital Markets led the transaction as Global Coordinators, along with Credit Agricole CIB, HSBC, and Societe Generale as Joint Lead Managers.
