Sarama Resources Announces Board Changes

Sarama Resources Ltd. has appointed Michael Bohm as Non-Executive Director, effective January 1, 2025. Bohm brings significant experience in the mining industry, having held various roles including mining engineer, mine manager, and managing director. He is currently a director of ASX-listed Riedel Resources.

Additionally, Steven Zaninovich resigned from the board due to changing work commitments, effective December 31, 2024. The company expressed gratitude for his four-and-a-half years of service.

Sarama's Chairman, Andrew Dinning, expressed optimism regarding Bohm's appointment, highlighting the relevance of his experience as Sarama expands operations in Western Australia's Eastern Goldfields. This includes the recent acquisition of the Cosmo Gold Project.
