SCBSM: Declaration of Transactions in Own Shares
SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, has announced its recent transactions in its own shares. This declaration is made in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
At the beginning of January 2026, SCBSM carried out several share buybacks. On January 5, 124 shares were acquired at an average price of €9.50 per share. Similar volumes were recorded in the following days, with the price remaining stable around €9.50, except for a slight fluctuation to €9.45 on January 7. All transactions took place on the XPAR market.
This share buyback initiative underlines a capital optimization strategy for SCBSM, potentially strengthening the company's shareholder value.
