SCBSM Declares Share Buybacks

On December 29, 2025, SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, announced details of its share buybacks. These transactions were conducted in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).

The company carried out a share buyback on December 24, 2025. The total volume was 124 shares with an average purchase price of €9.7 per share. The transactions were executed on the XPAR market, under the ISIN code FR0006239109.
