SCBSM announces its own share transactions
On December 8, 2025, SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, issued a press release regarding its share buybacks. These transactions were carried out in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
The transactions took place between December 2nd and 4th, 2025. Each day, SCBSM repurchased approximately 34 to 35 shares. The average purchase price was around €9.50 per share. All transactions were conducted on the XPAR market.
These operations are part of SCBSM's capital management strategy, which is involved in managing its extensive real estate portfolio.
