SCBSM announces its own share transactions
Paris, March 23, 2026. SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, has announced details of its share buybacks carried out in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). These transactions took place on March 18, 2026. SCBSM purchased a total of 112 shares that day. The average purchase price was approximately €9.03 per share. These purchases were made on the XPAR market.
These transactions are part of the company's management of its own shares. SCBSM is thus pursuing its strategic capital management objectives. The company continues to implement its real estate strategy focused on the Parisian market.
