SCBSM's Half-Yearly Liquidity Contract Review
On January 6, 2026, SCBSM published its half-year report on its liquidity contract with Allinvest. As of December 31, 2025, the liquidity account held 14,924 shares and €45,252.89. No buy or sell transactions were executed during the second half of 2025.
At the June 2025 half-year review, the liquidity account also held 14,924 shares, but with a slightly lower balance of €44,924.66. Initially, when the contract was established, the account held 6,154 shares and €5,000.
As a reminder, SCBSM is a real estate company listed on Euronext in Paris since 2006 and has SIIC status, with a major presence in Paris.
