Schindler Holding AG Completes Share Buyback Program
Schindler Holding Ltd. has successfully concluded its share buyback program. The program, which spanned from November 6, 2024, to November 5, 2026, resulted in the acquisition of 703,995 registered shares and 1,739,751 participation certificates. This operation amounted to approximately CHF 653 million through separate trading lines on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
Any acquired shares and certificates that weren't already canceled during the 2026 Annual General Meeting are expected to be proposed for cancellation at the 2027 AGM. This strategic move reflects Schindler’s ongoing efforts to optimize its capital structure and enhance shareholder value.
