Schindler Announces Executive Committee Change
Schindler Holding AG has confirmed a change in its Group Executive Committee, effective November 20, 2025. Hugo Martinho, previously responsible for Human Resources, has resigned to explore opportunities outside the company. Schindler plans to announce his successor soon.
The current members of the Group Executive Committee include Paolo Compagna as CEO and Carla De Geyseleer as CFO and deputy CEO. Other members are Matteo Attrovio, Danilo Calabrò, Donato Carparelli, Nitin Chalke, Patrick Hess, Vikén Martarian, and Meinolf Pohle, representing various regions and functions.
Schindler Group, founded in 1874, is a prominent global provider of elevators and escalators, serving over 2 billion people daily. The company aims for net-zero emissions by 2040 through significant greenhouse gas reductions.
