Schneider Electric Conducts Share Buyback Program
Schneider Electric, headquartered in Rueil-Malmaison, France, has reported the repurchase of 180,000 of its own shares. This initiative forms part of a buyback program authorized by the Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2025, under the 16th resolution. The buyback aligns with Article L. 22-10-62 of the French Commercial Code and European Regulation on market abuse.
Conducted between November 24 and November 26, 2025, the repurchase represents approximately 0.03% of the company's share capital as at December 31, 2024. The total purchase amount reached €40,341,600. These buybacks aim to fulfill obligations under a long-term incentive plan for employees and corporate officers.
