Schneider Electric Conducts Weekly Share Buyback
Schneider Electric has initiated a share buyback program, following approval from the Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2026, under the 16th resolution. This program is executed under French Commercial Code Article L. 22-10-62 and EU Regulation 596/2014 on market abuse. The program's specifics are detailed in the 2025 Universal Registration Document.
From May 18 to May 22, 2026, Schneider Electric repurchased 56,814 of its shares, representing roughly 0.01% of its share capital as of December 31, 2025. The total purchase cost was €14,792,911. The buybacks aim to fulfill long-term incentive plan obligations for employees and corporate officers.
