Schneider Electric 2025 AGM: Resolutions Approved
On May 7, 2025, Schneider Electric's Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held in Rueil-Malmaison, chaired by Jean-Pascal Tricoire. Despite discussions on the compensation resolution, all were approved, with significant shareholder engagement. Schneider Electric's Board is now more diversified, comprising 16 directors from 12 nationalities, reinforcing its commitment to inclusivity.
