Schneider Electric annonce un rachat d'actions
Le 25 mai 2026, Schneider Electric a communiqué sur son programme de rachat d'actions, approuvé par l'Assemblée Générale du 7 mai 2026. Ce programme est conforme à l'article L. 22-10-62 du Code de commerce français. Du 18 au 22 mai 2026, la société a racheté 56 814 actions, représentant environ 0,01% de son capital social au 31 décembre 2025, pour un montant de 14 792 911 €.
