Schneider Electric Announces €750 Million Bond Offering

Schneider Electric has launched an offering of senior unsecured bonds convertible into new shares and/or exchangeable for existing shares. The bonds, also known as OCEANEs, are due 2033 and set at a nominal amount of €750 million. This offering targets qualified investors in accordance with regulatory conditions.

The proceeds aim to finance Schneider Electric's acquisition of a 35% stake in Schneider Electric India Private Limited. Each bond will have a denomination of €100,000, with a fixed annual coupon rate between 1.00% and 1.50%, paid semi-annually.

The issue date for the bonds is expected to be 23 September 2025, and they may be redeemed before maturity under specific conditions. Trading on Euronext Access in Paris will occur within 30 days post-issue date.
