Schneider Electric Announces Weekly Share Buyback
On June 8th, 2026, Schneider Electric reported details of its recent share buyback activities. Authorized at the May 7, 2026, Annual General Meeting, the program is in accordance with the 16th resolution under French and European regulations. From June 1 to June 5, 2026, Schneider Electric repurchased 60,400 shares, equating to approximately 0.01% of its share capital as of December 31, 2025. The total purchase amounted to €16,751,445. The buybacks aim to fulfill obligations from employee and corporate officer long-term incentive plans.
