Schneider Electric Conducts Share Buyback for Incentive Plans

Schneider Electric has executed a share buyback as authorized by its Annual General Meeting held on May 23, 2024. This move was conducted under the 18th resolution, allowing the Board of Directors to buy back company shares in accordance with Article L. 22-10-62 of the French Commercial Code and European Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014. The details of the buyback program are elaborated in the 2023 Universal Registration Document.

Between December 16 and December 20, 2024, Schneider Electric repurchased 334,294 shares, which amounts to approximately 0.06% of its share capital as of December 31, 2023. The total cost of these repurchases was €80,611,421. The buyback addresses obligations related to long-term incentive plans for employees and corporate officers.
