Schneider Electric : déclaration de rachat d'actions
Le 15 septembre 2025, Schneider Electric a annoncé avoir racheté 40 000 actions de son propre capital, représentant environ 0,01 % du total. Ce rachat s'inscrit dans un programme autorisé par l'Assemblée Générale du 7 mai 2025, conformément à la législation française et européenne.
Le montant total de ces opérations s'élève à 9 143 115 €. L'objectif principal de ce rachat est de respecter les obligations liées aux plans d'intéressement à long terme destinés aux salariés et aux dirigeants de l'entreprise. Ces efforts visent à harmoniser les objectifs de l'entreprise avec ceux de ses collaborateurs, tout en optimisant la gestion de son capital.
